Chintapalli Rural: Nursing Superintendent Smt. Padmavati of Chintapalli Area Hospital is receiving widespread appreciation for her dedicated service and for creating awareness among the public about seasonal diseases spreading during the rainy season, with true compassion and commitment.

Public Health as the Top Priority

With malaria and typhoid cases on the rise during the monsoon, Padmavati garu is conducting special awareness programs to alert the tribal population.

At Kappagondi MPP School, she gave valuable suggestions to villagers and students on personal hygiene and maintaining clean surroundings.

She advised people to drink only boiled and cooled water, and to immediately visit the government hospital for treatment if they notice any symptoms of illness. She also clearly stated that people should avoid home remedies and traditional medicine without proper medical consultation.

An Example of True Humanity

Proving that an officer is not just someone who does a job, but someone who truly serves the people, Padmavati garu distributed steel water bottles to school students from her own funds. Teachers and villagers appreciated this small but significant gesture, saying it will greatly help in protecting the health of students.

As part of the `Swachh Andhra - Swarna Andhra` program on Saturday, weeds on both sides of canals and roads in various parts of the town were removed and cleaned.
