As part of the `Swachh Andhra - Swarna Andhra` program on Saturday, weeds on both sides of canals and roads in various parts of the town were removed and cleaned. Speaking on the occasion, he said that only by keeping the surroundings clean can we achieve complete health. He suggested that everyone should not throw garbage from their homes into drains and should shift it to designated dumping yards. In other areas, garbage was removed from drains, bleaching powder was applied, and mosquito prevention medicines were sprayed.
