Kakinada Rural, AP VOICE TODAY: The government is conducting the Shining Stars-2026 program with the aim of encouraging students who achieved top performance in the 10th and Intermediate exam results, said District Collector M.N. Harendra Prasad.

The Shining Stars awards program was organized on Monday at the TTD Kalyana Mandapam in Kakinada under the aegis of the District Education Department, chaired by DEO Pilli Ramesh and DIEO Dr. Jyothula Rambabu.

The chief guests included Collector Harendra Prasad, Kakinada City, Rural, Jaggampeta, and Prathipadu MLAs Vanamadi Kondababu, Pantam Nan
