*Anakapalli, July 18 (AP VOICE TODAY):* Anakapalli District Hostel Welfare Officers Association President Singampalli Satyanarayana and Secretary P.V.K. Narayana Rao expressed happiness over the eligibility granted to Grade-2 Hostel Welfare Officers working in the Backward Classes Welfare Department for promotion to Grade-1. They stated that in 2008, a total of 350 hostel warden posts were filled with two hostels per appointment across the united state - one girls college hostel and in 2011, one boys college hostel. However, there have been no promotions since then. They said that the recent release of the Gazette Notification through GO No. 9 by the coalition government is highly encouraging. On this occasion, they extended special thanks to Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan and BC Welfare Minister Savitha for bringing light into their families. Meanwhile, President Singampalli Satyanarayana and Secretary P.V.K. Narayana Rao revealed that 30 people in the erstwhile Visakhapatnam district have become eligible for promotions due to this G
