District Malaria Officer Tulasi Inspects Mosquito Spray Drive in Dumbriguda

Dumbriguda, July 25: District Malaria Officer Tulasi has urged the public to cooperate for mosquito control spray in houses. She inspected the second phase of mosquito repellent spray work in Soburu and Rangilisingi villages under Guntsema Secretariat limits of the mandal on Friday. She stated that spray operations have been taken up in advance in malaria-affected villages. She requested residents to ensure that there is no water stagnation in unused items, coconut shells, flower pots, and drums around houses. She also advised villagers to use mosquito nets. She warned that action will be taken against medical staff if they are negligent in their duties. AMPVO Dhanunjay, District PHEO Subrahmanyam, Araku Sub-unit staff and ANM Subbulakshmi and others participated in the program. – AP Voice Today
