Araku Valley, Aug 30 (AP VOICE TODAY): Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu expressed severe dissatisfaction over the performance of officials in the district. He reviewed the department-wise performance of officials in the review meeting held after the inauguration of the Sanjeevani project.
The CM appreciated DFO Uma Maheshwari for the Eco-Tourism being implemented through the Forest Department and KVPR Kasarao for RTO services, saying they are good. He expressed dissatisfaction that no department's performance is good except Eco Tourism and RTO.
He pulled up District Panchayat Officer KP Chandrasekhar saying that the services being provided through the Panchayat Raj department in the district are not good and they have failed in sanitation and street light maintenance, RWS EE Nageswara Rao saying drinking water supply is also not good, and DRDA PD Jayakrishna saying they have also failed in pensions and self-help group management.
He said the performance of the Roads and Buildings department is not satisfactory and the public is dissatisfied with it, the nutritious food is not reaching children, pregnant women and lactating mothers through the Women and Child Welfare department and pulled up ICDS PD Runsi Bai, DM Naidu saying that though RTC transport services are good, bus stand maintenance is not good, and DMHO Riaz Beg, AD MHO Balamuralikrishna, DCHS saying medical and health services are average, and DDO Satyanarayana Babu saying Neelavenilu and Secretariat performance is not good. He suggested that officials should wake up and start running.

Expressing dissatisfaction over the performance of various departments in the district, the Chief Minister warned District Collector T. Nishanti, asking how can you be so soft? He said the District Collector should take responsibility and seize the opportunity that has come as a Collector. He said department-wise reviews should be conducted and efforts should be made to achieve better results.
He said the level of satisfaction in providing services to the people is not good and set a deadline to change the performance within a month. He said that while the average satisfaction percentage at the state level on the implementation of development and welfare programs is 73.36, it is only 65 percent in Alluri district. In this, it is 63 percent in Araku Valley constituency and said efforts should be made to increase the public satisfaction percentage in the district to 80 percent.
Addressing the officials... he said the work is not good, but he will not leave them like that. He warned them not to take it lightly, it is okay if they change their performance, otherwise departmental action will be taken. He asked them to improve their performance within a month and increase the level of public satisfaction. He said don't think that he will leave them with reviews.. he will come again, and if necessary, he will come again and again. He said they should work with dedication to provide better services to the people in the tribal area. He said officials should show special attention in the implementation of government schemes.
