PD Babu Naik's Relentless Efforts to Fulfill the Dream of Houses for the Poor

The efforts being made by Housing Department Project Director PD Babu Naik to make the poor's dream of owning a house a reality are commendable. His initiative in expediting the construction of 28,691 pucca houses sanctioned under the PM JANMAN scheme in the district is receiving appreciation across the district.

Identifying that 3,303 houses in the district had not been started, Babu Naik immediately launched a special drive on the instructions of the Housing Department MD. In just a few days, he proved his efficiency by starting the construction of 1,693 houses.

His approach of sending officials directly to the beneficiaries at the field level, standing by them and getting the construction of houses started, is receiving immense support from the people of the tribal areas. In every mandal, officials and housing staff are visiting the beneficiaries' homes and assuring them.

Babu Naik clarified that the remaining 1,610 houses will also be started soon and that not a single house will be left pending in the district. He advised the beneficiaries to meet the Housing AEs on Monday and submit their Aadhaar and bank account details to get the first bill.

People are expressing happiness over the performance of Babu Naik, who is working with the welfare of the beneficiaries as his goal. Special Officer Y. Srinivasa Rao, AE K. Aruna Kumari, Work Inspectors K. Ramana Babu, S. Rajaravu and others participated in the program held in Chintapalli mandal.
